Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Washed potatoes, dry:
Wash potatoes thoroughly and dry with towel.

Time:
Season potatoes with salt and pepper. You can also add other spices like garlic powder, chili powder, or other herbs.

Position in the skillet:
Place the potatoes in a single layer in the skillet, making sure they are not touching. If your fry are small, you may need to cook them twice.

Cooking:
Bake potatoes at 200°C (400°F) for 35-45 minutes, depending on potato size. Flip halfway through cooking time to adjust texture.

Check for doneness:
Use a fork or knife to cut the potatoes to see if they are done. It should be soft inside.

Serve:
After the potatoes are cooked, let them cool for a few minutes before eating. Make a small slit in the top of each potato and scrape out the inside with a fork.
