Directions
1. Cut the bread and pour milk over it
Cut a loaf of bread, at least two days old, into cubes, and then pour hot milk over the bread cubes. Pour the milk gradually, while mashing the bread well.
2. Add the other ingredients
Next, add two eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste, and finally, one onion that you have previously sautéed.
3. Shape the dumplings
If the mixture is too soft, add some breadcrumbs, then grease your hands with oil and shape the dumplings.
4. Cook the dumplings
The dumplings can be large or small, depending on your preference. After shaping them, cook them in boiling, salted water for about 10 minutes.
