3-4 ripe, sliced Tomatoes

1 pound (450gr), sliced Fresh mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves

Extra-virgin olive oil

Directions
- Begin by slicing the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese into approximately 1/4-inch thick slices.
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter, overlapping them slightly.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the tomato and mozzarella slices. You can also drizzle some balsamic vinegar for added flavor, but it’s optional.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salad to taste.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
