  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cracker.
  5. Flatten each portion with your hands or the back of a spoon to form a thin, round cracker shape.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
