300 g Chicken breast fillets

1/2 Green pepper

1/2 Red Onion

50 g Cheese

1 Egg

1 tablespoon Red pepper

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions
Peel the onion and the garlic.
Slice the chicken breast into strips, and grate the cheese.
In a blender, place the chicken breast, add chopped green pepper, onion, and garlic.
Add the egg, parsley, and cheese, then add the spices.
Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Grease your hands with a little olive oil, take some of the mixture, and shape into medium-sized meatballs.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the keto chicken meatballs in a preheated oven for about 15 – 20 minutes at 180°C until they turn a nice golden color.
Note: This quantity yields approximately 8 juicy chicken meatballs.
