Ingredients
-
1 lb Ground chicken
-
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
-
1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
-
1/4 cup finely chopped (any color you prefer) Bell pepper
-
1 clove, minced Garlic
-
1, beaten Egg
-
1 teaspoon Dried parsley
-
1/2 teaspoon Salt
-
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
-
2 tablespoons (for cooking) Olive Oil
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size. You can make them thinner or thicker depending on your preference.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the chicken patties in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through. Make sure the internal temperature of the patties reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve the chicken patties hot with your favorite dipping sauce, salad, or side dishes.
