Directions
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the fish marinade: olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- While the fish is marinating, prepare the toppings. Slice the avocado, chop the cilantro, shred the cabbage, and cut the lime into wedges.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated fish fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave according to package instructions.
- Assemble the tacos: Place a portion of cooked fish onto each tortilla. Top with sliced avocado, shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and any other desired toppings.
- Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
- Enjoy your delicious fish tacos!
Feel free to customize the recipe to your taste preferences by adding additional toppings or adjusting the seasoning in the marinade. Enjoy!
