100 g Sunflower seeds
Directions
The sauce known as “Green Goddess” remains popular; the internet community loves it.
Sunflower seeds should first be softened by soaking overnight (optional), after which they are blended with the other ingredients until a smooth texture is achieved.
If, for example, you are not a fan of coriander, you can substitute it with parsley or basil.
Sunflower seeds can be replaced with pumpkin seeds or cashews.
