  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breast fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Once the grill is heated, place the marinated chicken fillets on the grill. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
