Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Add the olive oil and warm water to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into thin sticks, about 8 inches long.
- Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle the sticks with your choice of toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
