Ingredients

3 ripe Avocados
1 small, finely diced Red Onion
2, seeded and diced Roma tomatoes
1-2, seeded and finely diced (adjust according to your spice preference) Jalapeño peppers
1-2 cloves, minced Garlic
1/4 cup fresh, chopped Cilantro
1-2 limes, to taste Juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Homemade guacamole sauce

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until you reach your desired consistency (some people prefer chunky guacamole, while others like it smoother).
  3. Add the diced onion, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro to the bowl with the mashed avocados.
  4. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture, starting with the juice of one lime, and add more to taste if desired.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more lime juice, salt, or pepper as desired.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, quesadillas, or your favorite Mexican dishes. Enjoy your homemade guacamole!
