  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat to medium-low. Add honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, turning them to coat in the honey lemon sauce. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
