4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

4 cloves, minced Garlic

1/4 cup Honey

Zest and juice of 2 lemons

1/4 cup Chicken broth

2 tablespoons (optional) Chopped fresh parsley

For garnish (optional) Lemon slices
Directions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat to medium-low. Add honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, turning them to coat in the honey lemon sauce. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
