Ingredients
-
2 lbs (1kg) Lamb ribs
-
2 cloves, minced Garlic
-
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
-
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
-
2 tablespoons Honey
-
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-
1 teaspoon Paprika
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
(optional) Fresh herbs for garnish
Directions
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the lamb ribs: Place the lamb ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb ribs, making sure they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight for the best flavor.
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the ribs for baking: Remove the lamb ribs from the marinade and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Pour any remaining marinade over the ribs.
- Bake the ribs: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the lamb ribs for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they are tender and browned, basting occasionally with the marinade.
- Serve: Once the lamb ribs are cooked through and tender, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
Enjoy your delicious lamb ribs! They’re perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion.
