Ingredients
-
120 g, chopped into smaller pieces White chocolate
-
120 g Butter
-
2, large Eggs
-
2 egg yolks
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
-
100 g Powdered sugar
-
60 g All-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat the oven Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, and generously grease four ceramic soufflé dishes, placing them on a baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt them in the microwave in 20-second intervals. After each interval, carefully remove, stir, and repeat until the chocolate is melted. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler.
- Combine the ingredients Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and combine using a whisk. Add the flour and sugar and mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Bake Evenly distribute the batter into the four ceramic dishes. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
- Serve Remove from the oven, carefully run a knife around the edges, invert onto a small plate, and lift off the dish. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or some berries.
