  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size. You can make them small for appetizers or larger for main dishes. Roll each portion between your palms to form a smooth ball.
  3. Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
  4. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the meatballs to the skillet in a single layer, leaving some space between each one. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  5. Cook the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through. You can cut one open to check if it’s cooked to your liking.
  6. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
  7. Serve the meatballs hot with your favorite sauce (such as marinara sauce for spaghetti and meatballs) or use them in sandwiches, salads, or pasta dishes.

Enjoy your homemade meatballs!
