Ingredients

250g Pasta of your choice

1 cup Sweetcorn

Cooking cream

150g, diced Bacon

Salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 gloves, minced Garlic

chopped, for garnish (Optional) Parsley
Directions
- Put water on to boil for the pasta. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces.
- Fry the bacon, add corn (We used canned corn), cooking cream, and a little water in which the pasta was cooked.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Stir the sauce until it boils.
Serving: Serve the pasta in a deep plate, pour over the sauce, and add more seasoning to taste (chives, oregano). You can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the finished dish and add a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil.
