250g Pasta of your choice
1 cup Sweetcorn
Cooking cream
150g, diced Bacon
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 gloves, minced Garlic
chopped, for garnish (Optional) Parsley

  1. Put water on to boil for the pasta. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces.
  1. Fry the bacon, add corn (We used canned corn), cooking cream, and a little water in which the pasta was cooked.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Stir the sauce until it boils.

Serving: Serve the pasta in a deep plate, pour over the sauce, and add more seasoning to taste (chives, oregano). You can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the finished dish and add a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil.
