Tortilla Breakfast Wrap

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Dice the bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Shred the cheese if it’s not already pre-shredded. If you’re adding bacon or sausage, make sure it’s cooked and ready to use.
  2. Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with a fork or whisk. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté Veggies: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced bell peppers and onions and sauté for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add Eggs: Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the sautéed veggies. Stir the eggs occasionally, and cook until they are scrambled to your desired level of doneness.
