500 g Ground turkey

35 g Breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons Milk

1 large Egg

3 cloves Garlic

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Pepper

100 g Mozzarella

400 ml Marinara sauce
Directions
1. Form the Meatballs
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
To form a meatball, take about two tablespoons of the mixture and press a piece of mozzarella into the center, sealing it well. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
2. Cook the Meatballs and Serve
Heat oil over medium heat and cook the meatballs. Fry them for about 10 minutes, or until browned on all sides. Add marinara sauce, reduce the heat, and simmer for 12 minutes. Serve with pasta of your choice.
