1 kg, cleaned Blackcurrants

600 g Sugar

Prepare the Currants
Clean the blackcurrants by removing the stems and washing them. Add sugar, mix well, and place them in a pot.
Start Cooking
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes. During cooking, use a skimmer to remove any foam that forms.
Fill the Jars
After 20 minutes, fill clean, previously sterilized, and hot jars with the still-hot jam.
