  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Pour the milk into another bowl.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Make sure there is enough oil to submerge the cauliflower florets.
  5. Carefully place the coated cauliflower florets into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if necessary.
  6. Fry the cauliflower until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Use tongs to turn them halfway through cooking.
  7. Once golden and crispy, remove the fried cauliflower from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  8. Repeat the frying process with the remaining cauliflower florets.
  9. Serve the fried cauliflower hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or aioli.
