Dough
Knead the dough Mix the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Filling
Prepare the filling While waiting for it to rise, prepare the filling by combining cheese, butter, and salt. Set aside 3 tablespoons of this mixture as you will need it later.
Shape
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread half of the filling over it, fold it over, and spread the remaining filling. Fold again and roll out to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut lengthwise to make sticks, twist them, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rise a little more. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Topping
Bake Make the topping by combining 3 tablespoons of the filling, cream, eggs, and salt. Brush the cheese twists and bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
