4 Clementines

1 Ripe banana

1 Small carrot

1 Small piece of ginger

60g Yogurt

1 tablespoon Honey

1 orange

small amount Water

a few Ice cubes
Directions
- Prepare the fruit and vegetables Peel the clementines, cut the banana into smaller pieces, wash the carrot and use a potato peeler to peel it into thin strips. Finely chop the ginger, and squeeze the orange.
- Combine the ingredients Put the prepared fruit, vegetables, honey, and yogurt into a blender. Add a little water and a few ice cubes, then blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy.
