Cut the Chicken
First,
wash the chicken thoroughly. After cleaning, cut it into large cubes that are perfect for skewering. The pieces should be of equal size so they cook evenly on the grill or in a frying pan.

Prepare the Marinade
Place
the chicken cubes in a large mixing bowl. Prepare the marinade by mixing the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper. The olive oil adds moisture, and the lemon juice adds a tangy flavor that pairs perfectly with the garlic and herbs. Stir the chicken in the marinade until all the pieces are evenly coated. Marinating the Chicken
