Directions
Aromatic and juicy ribs are a true meat delicacy that you can prepare very easily. To ensure the ribs are tender, they are baked in the oven while the spicy sauce simmers until it thickens. However, preparing this culinary classic will require a bit more time.
Meat
Bake the Ribs to Soften
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake them in the oven for 60 to 90 minutes or until they are tender.
Sauce
Make the Sauce
In a large pot, combine the ingredients for the sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Glaze the Ribs with the Sauce
Carefully remove the ribs from the foil and return them to the oven, basting them with a little sauce. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, turning the ribs once and occasionally basting them with more sauce.
Serve
Serve with the remaining sauce.
