Ingredients

2 teaspoons Olive Oil

140 g, chopped Mushrooms

1 tablespoon Balsamic or apple cider vinegar

2 toasted slices Bread

1 Avocado

½ teaspoons Lemon juice

1 clove Garlic

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste
Directions
Sauté the garlic
Heat a pan on high heat and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add garlic. A few minutes later, toss in the mushrooms and stir them.
Cook the mushrooms
Cover the pan and let the mushrooms sauté for one to three minutes until they soften and lightly brown.
Season the mushrooms
Lower the heat, remove the lid, and add salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn off the stove and add vinegar. Stir again. Turn the stove back to high and let all the liquid evaporate. The mushrooms should brown and shrink. Turn off the stove and leave the mushrooms in the pan while preparing the toast.
Prepare the bread and avocado
Toast the bread and mash avocado on top. Squeeze a little lemon juice over both slices.
Serve the toast
Top each toast with mushrooms, cut, and serve.
