150g Self-rising flour

100g Sugar

5ml Vanilla extract

60g Unsalted butter

1, extra-large Egg

180ml Milk

For decoration Whipped cream and sprinkles
Directions
Preheat the oven to 6 / 180°C / 350°F on a gentle heat.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the mixture is thick.
Place about 7 ml / ± 1% spoonfuls of mixture in each donut tray cavity, gently spreading it around the center.
Bake for 17 minutes, or until golden brown and risen. Let cool until just warm to the touch before gently removing. Cool on a rack before decorating.
