1 kg Potatoes

250 g Kale

100 g Butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and place them in a pot with enough water to cover them. Add salt and cook until the potatoes are tender.
2. Cook the Kale
Wash and chop the kale, then cook it in salted water in a separate pot until softened (about 5-10 minutes), then drain.
3. Mix All Ingredients
Drain the cooked potatoes, transfer them to a large bowl, and mash them.
Add the cooked and drained kale to the mashed potatoes, along with butter. Mix everything well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve
Serve warm as a side dish with meat or as a standalone dish.
