8 ounces (about 2 cups) Pasta

2 boneless, / cut into bite-sized pieces Skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Heavy cream

1/2 cup Chicken broth

1/2 cup / grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Directions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink in the center and is lightly browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
- Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
- Stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Simmer and Thicken:
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Season and Serve:
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- If desired, garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
- Serve hot and enjoy your creamy chicken pasta!
