Directions
- Prepare the mold: Grease the egg bite mold with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- Prepare ingredients: Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
- Mix ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fill the mold: Pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup of the egg bite mold, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Pressure cook: Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot. Place the filled egg bite mold onto the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing position, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Natural release: Allow the pressure to naturally release for about 5 minutes, then carefully quick-release any remaining pressure.
- Serve: Carefully remove the egg bites from the mold using a spoon or fork. Serve hot and enjoy!
