Avocado Stuffed Eggs

1. Halve the Eggs
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half, gently remove the yolks, and place them in a blender or food processor. Set the egg whites aside for later.

2. Prepare the Filling
Cut the avocado and add it to the blender with the egg yolks. Add garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a slightly chunkier texture, you can mash and mix the ingredients by hand with a fork.

Adjust the seasoning if needed, then transfer the mixture to a piping bag. Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.

3. Serve
Sprinkle with a little paprika and chopped parsley. Chill in the refrigerator for at least a few hours before serving.
