Directions
1. Cook the shrimp
Briefly cook the shrimp in salted water with a few drops of lemon juice. Drain and let them cool.
2. Season the vegetables
Cut the avocado into cubes, then add chopped cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, a few drops of lemon juice, and olive oil. Optionally, you can add chili.
3. Serve
Season the cooled shrimp with a bit of salt and olive oil, and serve them with the salsa. Garnish everything with freshly chopped chives and serve.
