2 cloves, minced Garlic
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Grilled Salmon Steaks

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the steaks are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Once the grill is hot, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking. Place the salmon steaks on the grill, skin-side down if they have skin.
  5. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and easily flake with a fork. Be careful not to overcook them.
  6. Once done, remove the salmon from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Optionally, garnish with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
