  1. Cook the Ravioli:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions if using fresh ravioli, or as directed for frozen ravioli. It usually takes 2-5 minutes for fresh ravioli or a few minutes longer for frozen ravioli. Cook until they float to the surface.
    • Drain the cooked ravioli and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables:
    • In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add the Bell Peppers and Zucchini:
    • Add the diced red and yellow bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet.
    • Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften and develop some color.
  4. Add Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach:
    • Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach leaves.
    • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes start to soften.
  5. Combine with Ravioli:
    • Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
  6. Season and Add Cheese:
    • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
    • Season the dish with salt, black pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
  7. Toss and Serve:
    • Gently toss everything together in the skillet until the ravioli and vegetables are well coated with the cheese and seasoning.
  8. Garnish and Serve:
    • If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your Ravioli with Vegetables and Cheese!

This dish is versatile, so feel free to use your favorite vegetables or different types of cheese to suit your preferences. It’s a quick and satisfying meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights.
