Ingredients

3 tablespoons Sesame oil

400 g, cut into cubes Lean pork

300 g Noodles

1 tablespoon finely chopped Ginger

3 cloves, minced Garlic

½, finely chopped Onion

100 g, peeled and diced or cut into strips Carrot

50 g, peeled and chopped Celery

90 g freshly grated Cabbage

1 bell, cut into strips Pepper

4 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce
-
4 tablespoons Soy sauce

2 teaspoons Cornstarch

2 finely chopped (for garnish) Green onions
Directions
1. Cook the Pork
Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add the chopped pork and stir-fry over high heat until browned, about 8 minutes.
2. Cook the Noodles
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and have them ready to add to the wok.
3. Add the Vegetables
Add ginger, garlic, onion, carrot, celery, bell pepper, and shredded cabbage to the wok. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add Soy Sauce and Sweet Chili
Mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with cornstarch and add it to the wok along with the remaining soy sauce, chili sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water.
5. Add the Noodles
Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the wok. Stir-fry briefly until the sauce coats the noodles, adding a little water if needed.
