  1. In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. You can marinate the chicken for up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a little extra olive oil if needed.
  4. Once the pan is hot, add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  5. In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil if necessary, then add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté them for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the sautéed vegetables and toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
  7. Warm the flour tortillas according to the package instructions. You can do this in a dry skillet or microwave.
  8. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture on the warmed tortillas. You can top them with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, and fresh cilantro leaves.
  9. Roll up the tortillas, and your chicken fajitas are ready to enjoy!
