1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 ripe Banana
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based
1 tablespoon Honey (Optional)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract (Optional)
(Optional) Ice cubes (Optional, if you prefer a colder smoothie)

Blueberry Smoothie (Recipe)

  1. Place the frozen blueberries, ripe banana, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until they are crushed and incorporated into the mixture.
  5. Pour the blueberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
  6. You can optionally garnish the smoothie with a few fresh blueberries or a mint sprig.
