200 ml Milk

3 tablespoons Chia seeds

1 tablespoon Coconut flour

50 g (e.g., liquid stevia) Sugar substitute
Directions
Heat the milk (it doesn’t need to come to a full boil) and add the sugar substitute, coconut, and chia seeds.
Mix well and distribute into two glasses.
Chill Leave in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the seeds to absorb the milk and form a pudding.
Add pineapple chunks to the chilled pudding and serve.
