3 ripe Avocado

1/2 teaspoon, or to taste Cayenne pepper

1/2 medium, diced Onion

2 Roma, diced Tomatoes

3 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro

2 cloves, minced Garlic
Directions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.
- Stir in the lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Fold in the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and minced garlic.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt or lime juice if desired.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or your favorite Mexican dishes.
