Directions
- Place the frozen blueberries, ripe banana, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until they are crushed and incorporated into the mixture.
- Pour the blueberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
- You can optionally garnish the smoothie with a few fresh blueberries or a mint sprig.
