  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a spice rub.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. This helps to ensure crispy skin.
  4. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, coating them evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the spice rub over the chicken thighs, covering all sides.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side up.
  7. Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken thighs and the specific model of your air fryer.
  8. After the initial cooking time, check the internal temperature of the chicken thighs using a meat thermometer. It should register at least 165°F (74°C) to ensure they are fully cooked. If needed, continue cooking for a few more minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
  9. Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the air fryer chicken thighs hot and enjoy!

You can serve these delicious air fryer chicken thighs with your choice of sides such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
