1 cup (washed) Fresh spinach leaves
1 Ripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 cup Chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
(optional, for a colder smoothie) Ice cubes

Green spinach smoothie

  1. Start by adding the spinach leaves to your blender. If you want a smoother consistency, you can blend the spinach and almond milk first until it’s well combined.
  2. Add the ripe banana, Greek yogurt, chopped pineapple, chopped mango, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the blender.
  3. If you want a colder smoothie, you can also add some ice cubes at this stage.
  4. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired thickness.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness if needed by adding more honey, maple syrup, or almond milk.
  6. Once you’re satisfied with the taste and texture, pour the green spinach smoothie into a glass.
  7. Optionally, you can garnish your smoothie with a few extra spinach leaves or a slice of fresh fruit for presentation.
